What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list once we receive your company’s contact details.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

In order to ensure consistent quality, we require all international orders to have a minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, please check out our website.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

We can provide many forms of documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, Conformance Certificates, Insurance Documentation, and Origin Documentation as required.

What is the average lead time?

The lead time for samples is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving your deposit payment. Lead times become effective when we have received your deposit and final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sales representative. We will try to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit and the remaining balance against the copy of the B/L.

What is the product warranty?

We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it’s our goal to resolve all customer issues so that everyone is satisfied.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also the most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. We can give you exact freight rates once we know the details of the amount, weight, and way. Please contact us for further information.
